The Destiny of the Black Space Professional

NSBE Space is a forum and resource for space professionals and enthusiasts.  We boast members from NASA, corporations, entrepreneurial start-ups, government, and academia.  We popularize space sciences & stimulate active participation in the community by bringing the excitement and lure of outer space. “We know that space exploration is vital to humankind...and it is just plain fun!” -- Bill Nye

We make targeted contributions to the space industry:  members use their expertise to help answer some of the many technical riddles the universe holds. We seek to innovate by performing empirical research, and developing position papers, thereby also increasing the technical proficiency of our members.  Space SIG activities include:
  • Volunteer collaborations for space-related engineering
  • Community and youth outreach
  • Technical conferences
  • Space policy recommendations
